Two friends embarked on a journey that would reshape the way people experience food. From Montreal to the American South, they indulged in a rich tapestry of dishes and services, some unforgettable, others regrettably disappointing.
The idea of revolutionizing how people seek out exceptional dining experiences began to take shape. The founders envisioned a solution to help food enthusiasts discover the perfect spot for a romantic sunset dinner with breathtaking views or a cozy corner with impeccable service.
However, the most pivotal moment for their venture occurred during a visit to Nashville, Tennessee. They found themselves in a restaurant where the server seemed disoriented and couldn’t get their orders right. Mistakes piled up, as did the wait times. The manager’s resolution left them dissatisfied.
Their journey with Food Listy began with a stark realization. As they added hidden gems to their platform, they couldn’t help but notice that some places they’d loved for their food had sadly closed their doors. That’s when they knew that their mission was even more crucial.

My path to Food Listy has been quite an adventure, filled with diverse experiences that have shaped my journey.
I began my career as a Sales Analyst at a CPG company, delving into the world of Consumer Packaged Goods. It was here that I witnessed our sales soar, achieving a remarkable 30% growth in revenue.
Before that, I stepped into the financial world as a Corporate Actions Analyst, where I built a strong foundation in finance and investments.
In my entrepreneurial stride, I took a leap and started my own website design and SEO company. Over four years, we provided tailored online solutions to clients, witnessing a steady 20% year-over-year growth.
But it’s not just about business. I’ve also been in the kitchen, frying up delicious dishes as a “Bloom Boy” at Outback. My journey led me to college business competitions, where I secured wins and even had the incredible opportunity to pitch to the well-known sharks from ABC’s Shark Tank, Barbara Corcoran and Robert Herjavec.
In addition, I delved into the world of digital marketing as an SEO Strategist, optimizing strategies for clients with revenues exceeding $50 million.
